This is near the west end of the Stockton Sub, prior ATSF. TWC/ABS... North Bay is where all our UPS packages get depoted for the Bay Area on and off the Z-8 and Z-9. If your package came UPS Ground from far away it probably followed this route. This is also the line that is primarily used to connect with the Oakland International Gateway, via UPRR. West of CTC Port Chicago, this is still single maint track with sidinings. There was still main line jointed rail from CTC Port Chicago west at least 'till 1999.
