Unless you can show that you will be a direct caretaker, none. FMLA is federal law and has nothing to do with the agreements. I had it for my wife and took it sporadically rather than in a block. The company hates it and will put a surveillance target on your back to make sure you are only using it for exactly what the approving doctor and you stated what it is for. The railroads hate FMLA and have pulled people out of service once they applied for it pending investigation of medical issues.
