Airline pilots can carry a side arm. Maybe train crews should be able to also? The old Wells Fargo and RPO staff were armed, weren’t they?

I’m actually opposed to discharging a firearm inside a pressurized fuselage at high altitude. That sounds disastrous to me. Taser, pepper spray, hell even nunchucks, would be better for in-flight combat.
