1 restroom per train regs were written way back when both Dems and Reps actually enforced the laws and maintained civil order

They need to update the regs to require more restrooms. Nowadays, especially in CA, a homeless or dopehead will lock themselves in the toilet and we'll be lucky if they don't turn it into a gross mess. Newsome, Pelosi, and most of the assembly don't ride trains.
