All Aboard The Lark Bus

Overnight sleeper buses may or may not catch on. Attempts are being made to get them going big time.

This potentially could give Amtrak and the airlines some serious competition. Personally, I think the ride quality of a bus on an Interstate highway would be smoother than say, for example, the ex-CB&Q line across Nebraska. The ex-IC line had a reputation for rough track, too. One the other hand, Interstate highways are getting chewed up by truck traffic and deferred maintenance is taking a toll.
