Here's a photo essay / blog by my friend Chuck Weinstock where he wrote about an annual AAPRCO meeting that was held in Winnipeg, MB. I furnished him with some photos to complement the piece. You can click on them to make them larger.

The Greater Winnipeg Water District Railway offered a memorable ride on a unique piece of equipment to a place that was way out in the middle-of-nowhere.
