It looks like your picture isn't in the Cascades. On the right side of the picture there appears to be a fishing or tugboat. Just to the left of the boat hidden behind the junk piled in the foreground is a cupola that could possibly be the bridge of a ferryboat. Long story short, I think the picture was taken in Tacoma. Could it be sitting in a scrap yard?
