Is the Iowa Interstate signaled from Chicago to Omaha? CTC or ABS?

I read that Iowa and Illinois want an Iowa corridor. It would be easier to work wtih a short line. Easier to make better operating agreements with Amtrak. Investments in new sidings and higher speeds would not be wasted by UP or BNSF shifting trains to that line. Which happend to Chicago to St. Louis. New capacity wasted by more PSR freights congesting. Short lines can use the investment, helps their budgets. So better dispatching because incentives mean more.
