Well, sometime before 1983, though the Canadian roads may have gone longer, depending. Interesting to observe, two chimmneys on this caboose, fore and aft. Winters were no doubt damn cold and one fire may not have been enough to keep the crummy warm. Nice pic of Rails on the job.
