The arizona camera tilted sideways looks terrible

a train running a 30% grade up that rotates to 30% grade down is so weird. We shouldn't have to tilt our heads sideways to watch. It's like a video version of weather's NWP upside down photo threads.

another desert camera is set to stare into the sunrise and sunset blinded by glare. In between the trains are fishbowl distorted like a funhouse mirror. The camera moves just to move making it worse and blurry. Is it an art project? Why else would it look so weird?

I don't get it.
