The Disney hotels have buses from the Orlando airport. It is only for those with reservations at the Disney hotels at Walt Disney World.

Several years back I attended a conference at one of the airport adjacent hotels and I asked at the check in counter for the Disney buses. So instead I took a bus to downtown Orlando and went to the museums and walked around. Met the news crew from Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen. They were there because of the 2016 election and Florida. I also had time to get a senior discount ID card at the commuter train station. All in all and interesting day, and a hell of a lot cheaper than Disney World. Having been to Disneyland Anaheim several times and Euro Disney too, I didn't see the need.
