I plead ignorance. I have avoided news coverage of the Ohio wreck. I've been waiting for the media noise to die down until the real story emerges. So far I have heard that the crew heard a defect alert after it was too late.

Anyway, sounds like PSR is still a very hot topic based on your reply.
