The amount of snow that fell over Donner the past 48 hours was significant but considerably less than forecast. The “atmospheric river” shifted south earlier and faster than expected. A good indicator of the conditions on Donner is the fact that 5 and 6 are operating, albeit with delays. There is no need for rotaries right now.
