In the video it looked like draining the water in the first tunnel would have been easy. There was a pile of debris damming up the end of the drainage channel. Just a few minutes of work would have cleared up a bunch of the water. Not as obvious of a solution on the tunnel that was more flooded, but odds are just about the same kind of problem and solution.
