Oh yeah, that Ms. Waldron is just awful for taking a completely fair shot at a dismal failure like the CAHSRA fiasco to build a mere 171 miles of double tracked electrified rail line in mostly rurual flat easy terrain that has ballooned by another 10 billion dollars to a mere $35 billion, that still might not be done for another ten years....

So let's see, Brightline has spent around 3 billion on adding double tracks and bridges to 120 miles of the existing FEC, and a brand new fifty mile segment of 150 designed HSR to be operated at 125 by diesel, for a total of 170 miles of cost effective privately funded HSR the will be operating and serving by this summer?

Stupid women, what does she know about this manly business of building "real" cost is no object gold plated highs speed rail so politician's campaign coffers can be filled by the contractors who seem to have benefitted...?

Does this ignorant woman really think that manly HSR can be bulilt like the private sector is doing in Florida, by building the same length of operational that "wimpy" profit making HSR (Or maybe, at a more cost effective and profitable speed to build, to operate, and for folks to acutally ride???-Stupid evil greddy free market petit bourgesoisie capitalist's....)...???
