Anything to unnecessarily inconvenience the public - as much as possible. I guess they need to make sure everybody knows that they are there!

The only thing that could possibly justify closing a perfectly good parallel track is if some hazardous gas were leaking, but I have heard nothing of the sort. Or maybe they are treating it as a "crime scene", as they have done in other instances.

Anyone else heard?
