Thanks Glen,

The first time I shot this signal was back in January and the beam effect was quite similar since it was snowing that night, but there wasn't any snow on the trees which made it rather dull. We had some lowland snow on the day the uploaded picture was taken and I realized I better take this now or wait until next winter because spring is knocking at the door.
