Don't have to read the "report". Seen the track. And with the Colorado Joint Budget Committee having two ex-railroad track workers on it--they are the ones the C&TS needs to make happy. And they ain't! Next year, it will be the same-no money from Colorado. With the economy, and the incompetence of the present management--things are going to be tough for the C&TS.
