Royal Brougham Grade Crossing

I have a link to a Seattle metro traffic cam on my Rose City & Northwestern web site that shows the BNSF grade crossing at Royal Brougham next to Safeco Field. The street is currently closed at the crossing for some kind of work. Can anyone fill us in on what's going on here? Is it related to the BNSF project that relocated the main line to the east of the coach yard?
