Call times on the LASU for UP

I'd just got done reading a very sad story about a rear ender train collision on the UP at Bertram, and does UP still give the crews 3 hours notice for work, or did the reduced that?
1244 am. Called by CMS, for a 245 am call at West Colton, is too short and with only 5 hours sleep, ain't cutting it.

Please tell me the local contract arraignment
