Fixable with enough concrete and engineering works. But NIMBYs and Commie Coastal Commission won't because 'ugly'

Casa Landslide House Upon The Sand is fixable. Complex conditions but not more so than engineered fixes visible all over the rest of the world. The geology is not unique. Poor countries like Portugal figured it out.

But they may need to buy out property above. Have to stand up to village NIMBYiots. Governor should lead and push through emergency repair planning for a permanent solution that without a decade of public meetings and debates on artsy aesthetics. But he won't.

Does not require vastly more expensive inland bypass that will take many years. A true leader can get the current location fixed in months, and a permanent stronger solution within 2-3 years.

Despite what useless fool devallongliveSP snarks.
