Correct, and now owned by MB Rail. Just a transloading operation in the yard in Paris, KY. Finished life as a coal hauler with a fleet of ex CSX B36-7s, one of which was recently sold to the Minnesota Commercial.

It's kind of funny, when GEs act like this they're "junk." But let an Alco do it and it's the greatest thing a railfan has ever seen.
