When people used to fly years ago, they were asked if they wanted to sit in the smoking or non-smoking section of the plane.

I guess when people check in to board the "Southwest Chief" in L.A., they need to be asked if they want to sit in the coach where the mentally ill people are or the coach where the drug smugglers are.
