Yes, there were news stories of a derailment at "the site of the collapsed bridge" which was the usual reporting by those which never understand how anything works. Just a glance at the photo explained the bridge issue in my mind. For myself, the desire for the chaos of any sort of political figure to visit the scene is an entirely alien need. A load of wheelbarrows and shovels would be more helpful.
