TOFC blocks appear in many BNSF intermodal trains, but if you're comparing to the 60s when intermodal pretty much was all trailers then yes, it's way down. From random looks over the last year or so, UPS trailers seem to be the plurality. "Intermodal" these days is primarily containers.
