So far, the residents, through their condo bills, possibly with a little help from the builder and insurance. There are various teams of lawyers working on it, throwing darts at all and sundry, in an effort to get some of that money refunded. Who knows how many Starbucks drinks the refunds will be worth once all the lawyers are done?
