That poor old horse has been pushing this misdesigned cart for quite a while....lt
Finallly? WOW???? LMAO...

Now that we've spent billions and billions, on things like the world's largest elevated skake-park, let's figure out how to build an actual railroad on it...?????

Never bothered with this "small detail" until we'd spent billions and billions?????

Do they even have an operating plan for the railroad they plan to operate on it, to design a track and signal system around?

Or will we do that later, after we've built the track and signals?

Will we continue to waste billions more, while they figure that out, too?

This project has been/still is a case study in misplanning and mismanagement, and this latest example (gee, now that we've spent billions, let's stop and figure out what we are doing, and build some tracks, too????) is just more proof of how mismanaged this contracor driven "build it and they will come" "cost is no object" taxpayer funded gold plated mismanaged boondoggle this project still is....
