THA Opts to Restore A&MR Shay #7

Looks like Timber heritage Association has opted to restore A&MR Shay #7 over the Pacific Lumber 2-8-2 #37 that was being worked on in Strasburg, PA. The #7 was used by Simpson Timber for their excursion train 1968-70 out of Blue Lake and was stored in an Arcata sawmill when it burned in 1983. Details of the restoration are behind a Times-Standard paywall?
