WB grainer with U30C #2899 waits on the 1952-53 0.82% line at Dale, Wyoming
as intermodal led by Centennial #6923 comes down the older 1.55% from Sherman summit.
Sometime around 1977.

The rocky hill on the left has since been leveled. The switches are no longer there.

The line of heavy-duty posts looks like a slide fence, but that doesn't seem to make sense. Mystery.
