No it isn't a former interurban, but it still has an interesting history. I've heard this line referred to as the SP Woodbridge Branch. It was built in the 1880's by the narrow-gauge San Joaquin & Sierra Nevada Railroad which continued on a few more miles past the General Mill's plant to a small port in the delta, while to the east it ran to Valley Springs in the foothills. It came under ownership of SP, which split it into the Woodbridge and Kentucky House Branches.
