Joseph Strapac has two diesel books about Western Pacific.

I believe his first one is titled Western Pacific Diesel Years. It's a soft cover one that was published in the late 1970s.

There is a later book titled Diesel Locomotives of the Western Pacific. It's a hard cover book that was published sometime in the 2000s.

Question: Do both books have the same content and photos?

The hard cover book costs about 50 dollars more than the soft cover one.
