It promised things it didn't deliver like any kind of ridership estimates...

But it was funny to see DB try to piece together an "outline" of "something" to call a "business plan", from a lot of "nothing" in terms of analysis of likely passenger demands, on which to base it...

These young idealistic folks want to have a first world rail system... It's just too bad this has been such a costly example of what to do wrong, due to the poor "cost is no object" self serving "privatized" planning process, which rewards higher costs, and is used by the CAHSRA, for such a costly and complex infrasturcure project...
