I wonder if this has happened on a passenger train?

Although the video shows this event taking place on an airplane, I believe VIA Rail trains in their Windsor/Sarnia - Quebec City corridor have attendants pushing food service carts similar to the one shown in the video. I believe Amtrak offers similar service on the Acela and other trains in the Northeast Corridor.

Santa Fe used to have an attendant pushing a food service cart on The Tulsan, but that was back in the "good old days" when they had employees who would not play these types of practical jokes.
