Metrolink Train Sprayed With Gunfire in Palmdale

Outbound train and station platform shot up at Palmdale. Injuries outside, car sprayed with gunfire taken out of service. Delayed an hour for investigation that couldn't find the perp.

So who did ML annoy this time? Note that Palmdale is in the well-armed conservative portion of LA County.

And why keep the train at the crime scene? Why not at least do an emergency move up the track a little to get out of the target zone?
