I read a few comments on other chat rooms. I guess the Sierra is mostly about car storage then? I wonder if this multimillion dollar loan money will actually get dispersed. If someone sees a news story that sheds more light, please post it. Maybe too early celebrate the reopening of the caved in old Skunk Train tunnel.
