I was hoping someone else was out in the rain and took a picture. The camera focused on the rain in the window on the loop instead of infinity and it's just a blur. The second set was equipment sans engines. Surprisingly the two engines seemed to pull the 14 cars up the hill and at full speed just fine. We didn't lose time over that, we lost time somewhere south of Oxnard before I got on (1 hr) and again dropping off the cars in the Oakland yard.
