Unless it has moved recently, it is currently sitting just north of the yard in Schellville. 4451 and several other engines(SP 4436, SP 4347, B&LE 718, B&LE 716B) have been stored in Schellville since the late 90s when some of them were used on that incarnation of the NWP. They were joined a few years ago by the NWP 1922. All of these engines are owned by locomotive leasing company BUGX, and none have operated since about 1999 with the exception of 1922 which was used up until a few years ago. Some were in rough shape upon arrival; my understanding is that with the 2+ decades of additional rust and vandalism it would take a lot to restore them to operating condition.
