GP38-2s from LTE and C40-8Ws, C44-9Ws, B32-8s, and possibly B40-8s from Wabtec.

The whole scrap list is pretty much a sham. The majority of units on the list were already out of service with major mechanical failures (blown generators, turbos, whatever) and others were already going to be replaced by the 3500-series GP38-2s from LTE.

G&W was already in the midst of this fleet renewal when the EPA settlement came about, it is not a result of the EPA action against them.
