“G&W has been ordered by the EPA to scrap a total of 88 engines due to various violations related to emissions standards. Several units on the Portland & Western worth noting in the list: SD7 #1501, SD9's #1852 and #1854, and GP9's #1801 and #1803 (now on the Puget Sound & Pacific).
