Preserved SP depot near Arroyo Grande...?

More film without any info...A preserved SP depot, perhaps moved off-site to its current location. Has a second story over about half the building. Also, there is an SP outside braced steel boxcar behind the building. Photo is from 2003, and at that point it looked like good effort was being made at restoring the building. Has paved parking lot, and I think it might be near Arroyo Grande, Calif. Sorry, I have no way to scan or post the image, but any help getting more info. would be great.
