AB5 and the 2010 emissions rule has already banned many independent truckers and their rigs from California
The railroads building inland ports in Yuma, Las Vegas, Sparks, and Klamath Falls was one way for the banned truckers to get loads outside the state
However the new Biden USDOL IC Rule (Enacted last week)just made them illegal across the country
Unless they can repeal it
(AB5 and the 2010 emissions rule will never be repealed)
