The author knows his subject and gives accurate information. The only negative is his distracting flipping back and forth into a high octave voice. For the seats he correctly notes that CA and IL shared an order. So the seats are the same as the midwest Ventures. He found them comfortable but thinks they would not be beyond 3 or 4 hours. But he only rode 45 minutes from lawless Oakland to Martinez. I question his assertion that the seat bottoms are the same as Brightline. And that people thinking Brightline's are more comfortable are being fooled by their different color making them look thicker.
