Interesting read - both the results and how the test was designed and implemented. Your Tax Dollars At Work, producing useful results to verify that a regulation works.

And I don't think the crash would have been survivable for the truck driver.

Only thing missing is video. IIHS usually releases video of its crash tests. This one would probably get some clicks on YT.
