On a related note, the Draft Subsequent EIR for the Valley Link project for the initial phase between the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station and Mountain House, which is now the newest incorporated city in California and the first since 2011. They are doubling down on hydrogen ZEMUs.

Revised 15% plans are cool to check out, and they are working on NEPA clearance with FTA and Caltrans. Once they wrap up PA&ED (NEPA and 30% design pending) at the end of 2024 they can proceed from Project Development to the Engineering phase of the FTA Capital Investment Grants Program.
