What Happpened to the Starlates Yesterday?

11 & 14 are both STUPID late today. NB over 5 hours (3 btw Paso & Salinas, 2 more in Oakland); SB is over 15 hours late (7 btw KFalls & Dunsmuir, the rest just adding up). Even for the Starlate, that's pretty extreme absent some major outside interference (like a grade crossing strike or stuck behind a freight train casualty or rockslide). Any news?
