I say let CARB do their thing. People act like the world will end. But it is engine changes and a captive Tier Whatever fleet in CA. Raise the OR a point or two. Small reduction in profits for shareholders. So what. A cost of doing business. Engine swaps waste time and not as efficient. But has been done as long as there have been railroads. All over the world. Yuma, Winslow, Vegas, Reno, Klamath Falls effectively become another base of a heavy grade location. Add a half hour to schedules. Boo hoo.

Evil Farmer has been the most heartless slavedriver since Hunter Harrison. I enjoy her tears over CARB. Hope she gets fired.
