We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a grant for $50,000 from the Port of Tacoma's 2024 Local Economic Development Investment Fund for track expansion/restoration between Elbe and New Reliance!

This 5.5 mile track project will almost double our operable trackage and will be a significant milestone in the expansion of service into Eatonville. We anticipate reopening this segment of track and offering longer train rides, including more special events - with our new parlor car - next year. We are so proud to be part of this community, and appreciate the Port's commitment to smart growth, healthy economic development and of course - historic preservation!
