It is CPKC. Those Canadians and Trudeau ruining our environment, eh? Is it on former SOO Line track?

That toxic black cloud just undid a year of work toward “net zero” emissions and banning of methane cow farts. Seems like it’s always one step forward, two steps back. In other words, hopeless.
