LMAO....

I am old enough to remember when one of the virtues of a rail system is that in took up so much less land than a freeway would, to move many times the number of theoretical trips.

I am happy to see that the massive structure sizes on the CAHSRA are really being built to be compatible with a ROW width sufficient to later convert it to an 8-lane freeway sometime in the future....
