The Amtrak National Train Day web site has the list of NTD events. It would be very surprising to have Amtrak have any kind of celebration at Hinkle.
Many of the NTD events are being fueled by local volunteers such as Portland, Oregon's and the event in Olympia (Lacy) Washington.
Amtrak is complimented for organizing this national event that we volunteers can work to enhance and also get our messages out to the general public.
